How long will my 100% Natural Soy Candle last/burn?
Your 9oz candle will last up to 50 hours burn time.
Why 100% Natural Soy?
Because they are made only from soybean-based vegetable oils.
Our candles are made with certified kosher. On the other hand, paraffin candles are made from petroleum base oil, which is bad for humans, pets and the environment. Our 100% Natural Soy Candles burns 50 percent longer, 20 degrees cooler and produces 90% less black soot than paraffin wax.
Why do my 100% Natural Soy Candle look frosty? Are they drying out?
No, your soy candles never dry out. Frosting is a natural characteristic that's unique to pure soy candles. It's part of the soy experience! Often the frosting of a soy candle is called the "bloom," and it's not a flaw. Many customers become concerned if there is no frosting on their soy candles. It is a way that you can always tell if your candle is really made with pure, All-Natural Soy Wax.
How long will it take to get my order?
All our orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 4 to 5 business days to fulfill the order so that way the products have time to cure prior to shipping.
Are your candles vegan friendly?
Yes they are. They are 100 percent Soy Bean Wax with a cotton wick in a recycled glass container.
What are wax melts?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax without a wick. A wax melt can give off a slight scent when cold; however, they are designed to be slowly warmed using a tart or wax warmer. A wax warmer can be electric while others use a tea light as the heating source.
