The Answers You Need
Due to the products being handmade we do not accept refunds, but exchanges on unused products for a different scent! If your product is damaged in shipping, we will happily replace it for you and send you out a replacement product at no cost to you. If you have simply just ordered the wrong product and you want to exchange it for another product, you may do so. As you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the returned product(s). Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or any questions that you may have with any orders.
We gladly accept cancellations.
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
All our orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Unless it is a special custom order, please allow 4 to 5 business days to fulfill the order so that way the products have time to cure prior to shipping. In summer time when temperatures are over 90 degrees we will only be able to ship Monday-Wednesday to insure your order gets to you undamaged.
